Laura is a lyric mezzo-soprano who sings popular soprano roles as well. Some of her notable performances include Mozart’s “Marcellina” from Le nozze di Figaro (The National Opera Center) and “Second Lady” from Die Zauberflöte (Salzburg, Austria). Laura has also portrayed both “Damigella” and “Arnalta” in Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppea with New York Lyric Opera. Other roles in Laura’s repertoire include: “Carmen” and “Mercédès” in Bizet’s Carmen, “Despina” and “Dorabella” in Mozart’s Così fan tutti and “Musetta” in Puccini’s La Bohème.
